Tasks
- Contribute to improve and maintain our knowledge base (Sharepoint data, Training Library, Archives)
- Identify and map relevant processes.
- Ensure that processes are in compliance with our quality requirements.
- Create and improve user guides.
- Maintain the supplier information database.
- Support operational activities (monitoring stock, purchases deliveries, supplier communication, collect data, KPI set up)

The services include the provisioning and management of the spare parts inventory and overhaul and repair of components, together with the appropriate logistics. Overall Spairliners guarantees the availability of aircraft components where and when required. Founded in 2005, the company is headquartered in Hamburg; warehousing is located in Paris.

Requirements
- Ongoing enrollment in a related study program
- Very good Microsoft 365 knowledge, SAP is a plus
- Fluent in English, other language skills e.g., German or French are welcome
