Program Overview 

Sportradar’s International Graduate Program is designed to develop the next wave of high-potential leaders at the intersection of technology, sports, and product innovation, who love to translate user insights, market analysis, and data trends into new business models, innovative product solutions.  

Over 12 months, you’ll rotate across key departments - spanning Sports Betting, Sports Media, and iGaming - gaining a deep understanding of Sportradar’s full product portfolio and the broader sports tech industry. These rotations will also help you build strong product management fundamentals while developing a comprehensive, cross-functional view of the business. 

Working alongside exceptional product managers, designers, engineers, and business analysts, you’ll learn to create data-driven, client-centric solutions using cutting-edge technologies like machine learning, real-time systems, and predictive analytics. You'll gain firsthand experience in translating market trends and user insights into impactful product concepts and strategies. 

Hands-on mentorship from Product Leaders and direct access to senior leadership will support your journey, as you take ownership of first initiatives and contribute to real business outcomes. International rotations and the possibility of relocation offer global exposure, helping you build an international network and collaborate with diverse teams across our organization. 

You’ll follow a tailored development plan that covers essential areas such as product management, client success, and technologies (eg AI/ML). A mix of internal and external learning opportunities ensures continuous growth aligned with both your career path and personal goals. 

By the end of the program, you'll be ready to step confidently into a full-time position - equipped with the knowledge, experience, and mindset to drive innovation in the dynamic world of sports technology.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Qualifications: 

  • Have (or will have by program start) a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, Business Strategy or a related field. 

  • Are passionate about how AI and real-time data can shape immersive sports experiences. 

  • Demonstrated Technology, Sports, and Product affinity. 

  • Think both strategically and analytically, and love solving user problems creatively. 

  • Enjoy working across cultures, disciplines, and borders, and are excited by a dynamic and global environment. 

  • Communicate clearly, listen well, and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. 

  • Have curiosity, grit, and a growth mindset – ready to take on complex challenges and grow fast together with Sportradar and our clients. 

Bonus Points if you have... 

  • Experience working with machine learning models, data analytics, or sports-related tech projects 

  • Bring a technical foundation – whether that’s coding, ML/AI basics, APIs, or working on technical projects. 

  • Taken part in hackathons, startup incubators, or student-led product initiatives 

  • Knowledge of sports, gaming, betting, or immersive media tech

Cost/funding for participants

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
