Our people are the DNA of DNB. Since 1822, bright minds have worked together to find the best solutions for our customers. Today, DNB is much more than Norway’s largest bank, and a key player in the Norwegian economy. We are a technology driven financial institution, constantly adapting our operations and tailoring our services to the time we’re living in and to the future. In DNB, you’ll find a wide range of career opportunities in Norway and internationally. We are among the best companies in the world when it comes to gender equality, and we take good care of the diversity represented by the people who choose to work here.

DNB Asset Management is now accepting applications for its 2026 Summer Internship Program.

As one of the largest investment managers in the Nordics, we offer a comprehensive 6 to 8-week internship from June to August at our Oslo office in Bjørvika. This program is an excellent opportunity for those interested in investment management to gain valuable experience and knowledge. Interns will be introduced to various business areas of DNB and engage with peers through social and educational events.

Summer Internship 2026:

As a summer intern, you will primarily join our Equities team, where you will contribute to project work across areas such as company and sector research, stock valuation, ESG integration, as well as risk and performance analytics. You will also support day-to-day asset management activities, gaining hands-on exposure to the investment process. Each intern will be paired with a dedicated mentor and will have the opportunity to present their project findings to senior managers.

What we offer:

  • Hands-on experience within a leading Nordic asset management firm, managing more than NOK 1,200 bn in assets.

  • Exposure to a wide range of investment strategies, including discretionary mandates across Nordic and global asset classes. These span long-only and long/short equities, investment-grade and high-yield corporate bonds, multi-asset solutions, multi-manager portfolios, and alternative investments.

  • Learning opportunities from top industry professionals, providing insight into diverse investment strategies and asset classes.

  • A well-rounded internship experience, combining professional development with engaging social and networking activities.
