About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Learn about Hire-to-Retire HR Operations through hands-on experience by supporting Employee Lifecycle (ELC) tasks/ projects assigned by sustaining high quality of services (e.g. accuracy and timeliness).
  • Learn about the importance of teamwork in work life through the opportunities to collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders and work together as ONE team.
  • Learn about the importance of professional handling of employee's data to maintain data privacy and confidentiality.
  • Gain hands-on experience in HR Operations related systems such as Workday, ServicePoint, Microsoft Team, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
  • Learn about the importance of Knowledge Management in Global Business Services by preparing Intern Working Instruction as part of the internship program.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, answering to inquiries (accurate and on time), preparing, dispatching, and filing documentation
  • Deliver best in class HR Service support to HR communities, business managers and employees, oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Degree in Human Resource/ Management/ Business or equivalent. Internship period must be minimum of 6 months.
  • Good command of English in speaking, reading and writing. Fluent in Japanese/ Korean/ Thai/ Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail in order to reach high data quality.
  • Openness to work with different cultures and countries.
  • Getting things done attitude with combination of ability to communicate, explain procedures and propose solutions to stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn on the job and remain agile on the frequent change environment.
  • Excellent cooperation skills to work as a good team player.
