About the Job
Pre-Sales and sales support
- Institutional market watch and updates, identification of potential targets in the scope,
- Contribute to proper localization and timely update of marketing documentation, preparation of bilateral meetings
- Assist in keeping the CRM tool up to date and complete (contacts/ activities/opportunities)
Event / webinar / investor communications support
- Assist the Sales manager in reviewing / negotiating / coordinating SYFR presence at industry or client events, and in organizing own events for professional clients
- Assist the Sales manager in the client / press / public relations of SYFR, including prepare presentation and marketing materials
Compliance & fund governance
- Support AML/KYC & other regulatory duties
- Support product and fund governance function

Who we are looking for
You are an Intern looking to make an impact, serving Symbiotics’ client base of European asset managers and institutional investors. You will have the opportunity to facilitate our sales efforts across our target markets and be also involved in compliance and middle-office functions.
The internship is based in Symbiotics France SA office with reporting line to Deputy Managing Director, Symbiotics France and Managing Director Symbiotics France.
