Description of Ideal Candidate

Job requirements:

Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Business Administration, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Canva or AI tools is a plus.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management.
Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal).
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Team-oriented with a creative and solution-focused mindset.
Fluent in English (German or French is a plus, but not required)
