As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to manage Synculario’s social media accounts, plan content, participate in creating our digital identity, and much more.

Scope

  • Ensuring brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members.

  • Collecting customer data, interactions, and visits, plus using this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Reporting progress to the marketing management.

  • Growing and expanding the company's social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increasing presence on existing platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Xing.

  • Researching and monitoring the activity of company competitors.

  • Monitoring all social media accounts and planning content.

  • Creating and distributing engaging written or graphic content in newsletters, web pages, blogs, or social media posts.

  • Collecting creative ideas and implementing them into the content planner.

Requirements

  • Proactive: Time-oriented, fast-learner, great verbal and written communication skills, customer relations, eye for detail, proactivity
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of doing research, analysis, and working in Excel.
  • Student: Student of AP, Bachelor or Master's Degree, preferably focusing on Management, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Psychology, or any other related field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience from the field is nice to have.
