The internship
As an Intern in our Finance department, you’ll support key financial processes and project controlling activities that directly impact our business operations. You will gain hands-on experience with business systems, financial workflows, and sharpen your analytical skills. You will be trusted with responsibility early on, working independently after a thorough introduction, while always having your team’s support and mentorship.

You will be part of the Finance department within Systematic’s Global Business Services division at our headquarters in Aarhus. Our team plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial support and insights for projects across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:
- creating and maintaining project records in D365
- closing opportunities in CRM and creating order book entries
- supporting month-end controlling activities
- working daily with Excel, ERP systems, and other finance tools
- analyzing data to support financial insights
- supporting the team with various ad hoc tasks

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive and structured student currently pursuing a relevant master’s degree, such as: MSc in Finance and International Business (FIB), MSc in Management Accounting and Controlling (MAC), or a similar related field. To thrive in this role, we envisage that you:
- work in a structured and proactive manner
- possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- have solid experience with Excel
- can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality
- communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken (Danish not required)

The internship is a full-time position lasting five months, starting on 17th August 2026. It is a paid position, if your study programme allows.
