Responsibilities
- Assist in performing market analysis and monitoring industry trends
- Provide active support to the Global Retention Team in both strategic and operational activities
- Provide support in renewal pricing topics.
- Contribute to customer retention initiatives aimed at reducing churn and increasing revenue
- Help consolidate information and perform analyses to guide relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
- Enrolled in university or college studies in the field of business management, economics, or a related field
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
- Structured and independent way of working as well as the ability to work in a team and collaborate with various team members all around the world
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and Power BI is a plus.
