Arctic Circle is the largest network of international dialogue and cooperation on the future of the Arctic and our Planet. It is an open democratic platform with participation from governments, organizations, corporations, universities, think tanks, environmental associations, indigenous communities, concerned citizens, and others. It is nonprofit and nonpartisan.

The annual Arctic Circle Assembly is the largest annual international gathering on the Arctic, attended by more than 3000 participants from 70 countries. The Assembly is held every October at the Harpa Conference Center and Concert Hall in Reykjavík, Iceland.
The annual Arctic Circle Assembly brings together governments, organizations, corporations, universities, think tanks, environmental associations, Indigenous communities, citizens, and others for a comprehensive and democratic Arctic dialogue. The Assembly is the largest gathering on Arctic affairs. It is a place for international engagement, cooperation, and celebration.
More than 700 speakers in over 200 Sessions will participate in the 2024 Arctic Circle Assembly, taking place in Harpa Concert Hall and Conference Centre in Reykjavík Iceland, October 17-19.

Fee for stundets: Approx 179 EUR
Registration fees for the Assembly include the following:
- Full access to all Plenary and Breakout Sessions on all three days of the Assembly, October 17-19.
- Morning coffee on all three days of the Assembly.
- Afternoon coffee and snacks on all three days of the Assembly.
- Lunch is booked separately in order to reduce food waste.
- Evening Receptions on all three evenings of the Assembly.
- Admission to the Arctic Circle Bars.
- Registered participants may also book networking rooms for special meetings on the first floor of Harpa during the Assembly.
