Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment Process Management: Take charge of the recruitment process for all internship positions, from updating job descriptions to actively managing candidate outreach and screening.
  • Intern Support: Act as the HR Business Partner for our interns, maintaining communication with them and their mentors while addressing any HR-related inquiries.
  • Small HR Projects: Get involved in soft HR projects that enhance the overall employee experience across the company.
  • Administrative Excellence: Assist our compensation and benefits coordinators with HR management and payroll topics, while also supporting the team with various administrative tasks.

Who We're Looking For:

  • You are currently a student in Business, Psychology, or Human Resources related fields.
  • Ideally, you have gained some practical experience and are confident in working with MS Office.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and can work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • As a self-starter, you are entrepreneurial and able to work autonomously, always eager to find solutions.
  • You are stress-resistant and flexible, adapting to the dynamic needs of the team.
  • Fluency in English is essential, and a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French and/or German is highly valued.
