Overview
Details
Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.
At the core of every spacecraft lies its engine. To master this key component, we are building our own state-of-the-art Propulsion Systems, ensuring maximum efficiency, reliability, and performance for our missions.
We are now seeking a highly motivated Master’s-level student to join our Future Propulsion Systems Division in Bordeaux. In this role, you will help develop the electrical systems and/or software that drives our engine and combustion device test benches.
Key Responsibilities
This role will evolve over time, but typical responsibilities include:
-
Improving electrical test bench systems from concept to integration and commissioning.
-
Developing automatization for test data ingestion of various test benches to internal database and post-test analysis software.
-
Performing hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and writing clear technical documentation.
-
Contributing to combustion device testing and test bench operation
