At Tikehau Capital, sustainability is a core component of our firm’s strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of sustainable finance and private markets, supporting an experienced team of ESG professionals and portfolio managers on diverse and high-impact projects.
Our Private Credit platform is a recognized as a global sustainable leader with a strong ESG integration framework across all its funds and has expanded further through the development of dedicated decarbonization and impact strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
You will primarily support the Private Credit ESG team, contributing to the following areas:
- 2025 ESG Reporting Campaign: Assist in the planning, preparation, and project management of the 2025 ESG reporting campaign for Private Debt and Private Equity strategies.
- Sustainable Regulatory Compliance: Support the coordination and delivery of annual ESG and impact reports, including regulatory disclosures such as SFDR periodic reports and investor-specific reporting requirements.
- ESG Analysis: Contribute to ESG data analysis, including ESG scoring, SRI criteria monitoring, benchmarking, and tracking decarbonization targets for both current portfolio companies and prospective investments.
- Presentation & Material Preparation: Assist in the creation of ESG-related presentations, legal documentation, and marketing materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
Group-Level Contributions
- Group ESG Reporting
- Collaborate with the broader ESG team on firmwide reporting efforts, helping to develop, consolidate, and communicate Tikehau Capital’s overall ESG strategy and performance.

Profile:
- Educational background in sustainability, finance, economics, business, or a related field
- Strong interest in sustainable investing and private markets
- Solid analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ESG standards and reporting frameworks (e.g., SFDR, GRI, TCFD) is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment
- Fluency in English; French is a plus
