Details
The intern will assist the team in its primary missions, including the following:
- Participate in the reporting exercises (SFDR periodic reporting, ISR reports and Impact report, annual report, etc).
- Assist the team in ESG analysis (ESG scoring, monitoring of SRI criteria, benchmarking, monitoring of the decarbonization targets, etc).
- Assist the team in completing due diligence questionnaires.
- Assist the team in the preparation and production of presentations, legal and marketing materials.
- Support the team’s effort and contribution to strengthening the department. This involves refining tools, implementing efficient processes, providing training initiatives and bolster the team’s research capacities by contributing to know-how and content on specific sectors and/or topics.
- Participate in engagement efforts with the research team for priority portfolio companies on impact, ESG and controversy topics.
- The intern missions will also include project management.
Group-level missions:
- Participate in the implementation of cross-functional ESG projects, in particular on biodiversity and climate issues.
- Participate in Group reporting and regulatory publications (Climate report, UN PRI reporting)

Profile:
- Final or penultimate year student from a top business or engineering school, with strong academic credentials.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills: ability to approach problems logically and systematically, and to analyze information effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrating a meticulous approach to tasks, including data entry, report formatting, and documentation, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Dynamic and pro-active in suggesting new ideas: Demonstrating initiative and the ability to work autonomously, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Possessing a strong sense of urgency and a focus on achieving results.
- Excellent command of MS Office: in particular Excel (ability to use formulas and to manage large files) and Powerpoint, and ability to quickly learn new software tools or platforms used within the organization.
- Excellent communication and team-working skills.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- A keen interest in ESG and sustainable development issues.
- Solid understanding of -and interest in- capital markets.
