Details

Private Equity division has €6.7 billion in assets under management, and it addresses several verticals, spread among two core strategies:

  1. Decarbonization and Regenerative Agriculture
  2. Aerospace & Cybersecurity

As an investment intern, you will be integrated into the aerospace & cybersecurity team. 

Missions:

You will participate in the evaluation, filtering, execution, and monitoring of private equity transactions, alongside fund development strategy. You will oversee the following missions:

  • Perform sector, strategic and financial analysis of target companies
  • Build financial model and perform scenario analysis on Business Plan
  • Draft of investment memos and take part in the investment committee process
  • Provide support on portfolio companies’ follow-up
  • Attend management meetings
  • Participate to fundraising strategy

Profile:

  • You have superior ability to synthesize the output from analyses, identify the ‘so-what,’ and proactively propose the next line of inquiry;
  • You show adequate communication skills, with passionate attention to detail;
  • As a team player, you are results oriented, and wish to thrive and learn in an entrepreneurial and dynamic company;           
  • You have a strong knowledge of financial analysis and good expertise of Excel and Power Point;
  • Previous internship experience is highly recommended;
  • Fluent in French and English.

Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a top tier school or university with a specialization in Finance.
