Details
You will participate in the evaluation, filtering, execution, and monitoring of private equity transactions, alongside fund development strategy. You will oversee the following missions:
- Perform sector, strategic and financial analysis of target companies
- Build financial model and perform scenario analysis on Business Plan
- Draft of investment memos and take part in the investment committee process
- Provide support on portfolio companies’ follow-up
- Attend management meetings
- Participate to fundraising strategy

Profile:
- You have superior ability to synthesize the output from analyses, identify the ‘so-what,’ and proactively propose the next line of inquiry;
- You show adequate communication skills, with passionate attention to detail;
- As a team player, you are results oriented, and wish to thrive and learn in an entrepreneurial and dynamic company;
- You have a strong knowledge of financial analysis and good expertise of Excel and Power Point;
- Previous internship experience is highly recommended;
- Fluent in French and English.
Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a top tier school or university with a specialization in Finance.
