In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders, including phone screens, video interviews, panel interviews, and in-person meetings.
- Proactively handle calendar conflicts and rescheduling needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Communicate logistics clearly with candidates, ensuring they are prepared for each step of the interview process.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in the ATS and recruiting spreadsheets.
- Assist with sourcing passive candidates, drafting outreach messages, and managing talent pipelines across platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
- Support strategic sourcing through market research and help manage job postings across multiple channels.

What you'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or coordination is a plus
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience
- Proficiency with calendar tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.)
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
