Vienna Capital Partners (VCP) is a leading independent corporate finance advisor in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe, with offices in Vienna and Warsaw. We provide clients across all industry sectors with support on a full range of strategic and financial questions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, capital structure and raising capital.
Currently, we are looking for an intern (f/m) to join our team in Vienna.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive industry and company research
- Preparing pitch books and transaction-related documents (information memoranda, etc.)
- Support in company valuations (DCF, comparable company/precedent transaction analysis)
- Assisting in deal execution (due diligence, logistics, documentation)

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- University degree obtained or to be obtained shortly in Business Administration or related studies with specialisation in finance
- Sound theoretical background and good understanding of corporate finance, accounting and management
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Languages: fluent in English, working knowledge in German and/or a CEE/SEE language
- Work experience (internships) in investment banking, auditing, consulting (with emphasis on finance), commercial banking, or corporate development is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure, high motivation and team orientation
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
