Overview

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Group HR Operations Intern to join our growing and successful Group HR Team The role will report to the Group HR Business Partner & Site Manager and will work closely with our Group HR team, our CHRO, the local Spanish HR Team as well as our Group Functions.

Key Responsibilities

The Group HR Operations Intern will act as a liaison between employees, HR and service providers, and provide critical support to the Group HR team based in Madrid. You will have a strong customer focus, be a confident communicator, able to work on own initiative and work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate in the deployment of the global and local Well-being program.
  • Participation in employee engagement activities
  • Support the administrative needs of the HR department processes.
  • Manage invoices related to the HR department (e.g. employee benefits, company plans, etc.)
  • Create/maintain the HR communication system – both the one internal to the department (e.g. HR SharePoint), and the one shared with employees (e.g. intranet, newslettes)
  • Participate in organizing HR events
  • Maintain databases, tracking systems, reports, and various HR documents (e.g. org charts)
  • Resolution of basic HR queries from employees

Experiences and Qualifications

We are looking for a high potential / top performer individual who will have the opportunity to learn from a growing organization and have a real impact on the business.

  • Graduate or relevant technical qualifications with a proven successful track record
  • Previous experience working in an HR department is a plus, good understanding of HR matters
  • Experience in an international company, ideally with a start-up-like environment
  • The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Administrative skills
  • Advanced IT skills, e.g. for managing share points, intranets, etc.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is a plus
  • Open minded, flexible, and dynamic attitude towards work·High degree of confidentiality, diplomacy, trust, maturity.
