Job Description

We are seeking a Master 2 student to join the Global Business Development (BD) team as our new Sales and BD Support.

This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in sales and business development (B2B, mainly in the energy sector) by joining a team of Key Account Managers and senior sales individuals across the globe.

As a Sales & BD Support person, you will be working with product marketing to contribute to the generation of sales content, supporting market research & analysis and performing various tasks related to a recently implemented CRM platform.

You will gain valuable insights into a constantly evolving industry and expertise in business engagement and performance tools and processes, while honing your problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in various ways the deployment of company’s CRM platform for sales and BD teams across the organization
  • Support market analysis & internal reporting.
  • Contribute to the creation of playbooks, presentations, and other client content for the Sales and BD community.
  • Support workshops and project-based tasks with global teams.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of industry trends, financial metrics, and operational drivers across multiple business sectors.

Qualifications

  • Master's 2 degree (ongoing) with a strong academic record in Business School / University
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to adapt to new challenges.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong interest in technology, digital solutions, and innovation.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English (other languages beneficial)
  • Strong skills with all Microsoft tools and knowledge on Salesforce will be a plus
