Your Responsibilities
- During your internship, you will support the People Business Partner team in Heidenheim in their day-to-day operations and assist with a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks.
- You will also be closely involved in conceptual People & Culture topics and projects.
- In addition, you will contribute creative ideas for the content design and development of People & Culture events.
- Supporting the organization and content implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership competencies will also be part of your responsibilities.
- You will independently take on organizational and coordination tasks and prepare PowerPoint presentations as well as Excel analyses.
- Your responsibilities will also include creating statistics and conducting related data analyses.

Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled in a business, technical, or social sciences degree program, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, and are looking for a mandatory internship.
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—ideally with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel—complete your profile.
- You have a quick grasp of new concepts and are characterized by your ability to develop practical and implementable solutions.
- A trustworthy, self-reliant, structured, and reliable way of working distinguishes you.
