About the role

We connect our sellers and buyers and, as a Europe-wide marketplace, guarantee that everyone can find the ideal bike. In your role as contact person for our customers, you will take on two important tasks. You will provide support with purchase advice by phone and e-mail and also ensure a smooth process and support with bike shipping.

Your responsibilities

  • You support the operational processes on our marketplace.
  • You help to connect bike enthusiasts from all over the world and find the right bike for everyone.
  • You help our Customer Success Team to solve our customers' concerns.
  • You are the interface between us and our logistics partners and ensure the smooth dispatch of bikes.
  • You ensure that buyers and sellers have an excellent user experience during the buying or selling process.
  • You support the development and implementation of operational processes.

About you

  • You are currently enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student.
  • You are self-motivated and enthusiastic about new ideas.
  • You have a structured and inquisitive approach to your work.
  • You are fluent in German and English. Any other language is a plus.
