"Authentic Leaders for Collective Action" will be a time-space to experiment - between theoretical moments and body practices - how we can cooperate with others and understand ourselves better. 

We will provide tools to gain new skills of facilitation, combining a head-heart-body pedagogy, using creative process, in order to offer a supportive posture in the work of youth leaders.  We will explore how to embody, disseminate and empower these practices.

This training course is about:

• developing a culture of cooperation to equip youth leaders in their commitments within collective projects
• revealing the potential of each individuality to serve the collective
• experimenting collective and emotional intelligence through embodied practices
• expanding creativity in its facilitation styles and gain self-confidence
• exploring body awareness to be more in touch with oneself and foster an “authentic leadership”
