We are an international team of over 45 people in Paris (24 different nationalities!), with hubs in several other countries.
Over the last 10 years, Hello Tomorrow has created the largest deep tech network, developed strong sector expertise and built a thriving consulting service.
What we do in a nutshell

We empower the most promising deep tech startups worldwide through pitch competitions, dedicated programs and direct funding.

We foster the investment ecosystem by connecting investors, facilitating peer sharing and educating both LPs and VCs on the specificities of deep tech.

We connect all key players – startups, investors, private & public organizations, researchers, universities & incubators – through conferences, B-2-B networking events and online programs.

We help companies identify new growth opportunities and leverage deep tech to build the right partnerships and ventures through strategy & innovation consulting.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Hello Tomorrow Global Challenge is one of the world’s largest early-stage deep tech startup competitions, receiving an average of 4,600 applications from 120 countries across all industries (biochemistry, healthcare, energy, aerospace, etc.). We select a few hundred Deep Tech Pioneers—our most innovative startups—and ultimately narrow it down to 80 finalists who pitch in front of investors and major corporations during our Global Summit (with over 3,500 attendees).
Over the past 10 years of the Challenge, we’ve built a community of more than 5,000 Deep Tech Pioneers, to whom we provide access to our services and network of investors and experts, helping accelerate their growth.
More precisely, reporting to our Startup Network and Global Challenge Manager you will:
Job scope 1
- Source the best deep tech startups from around the world and convince them to apply to the Global Challenge. You’ll be looking for the most disruptive technologies, scraping data from the web and contacting the most promising deep tech entrepreneurs to promote the competition.
Job scope 2
- Help us organize the juries and selection process and take part in the first round of startup evaluations (depending on your expertise and background). You’ll be going through hundreds of exciting projects, sorting out the most outstanding and impactful ones and helping prepare the whole evaluation process with hundreds of jury members involved.
Job scope 3
- Support startups before and during the Challenge. As the main point of contact, you’ll be liaising first with the entrepreneurs to support them in filling out their application form and later, to help them prepare for the Global Summit and make the most of the competition.
Job scope 4
- Participate in expansion of our community, You will be included in different transversal projects aiming to increase and leverage our community.

YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

You are deeply fascinated by and passionate about science, technologies and innovation

You have a good understanding of scientific, engineering and/or technical subjects and have a technical, scientific or engineering background

You have a good understanding of the deep tech ecosystem

You’re a native English speaker or fully fluent in English
-
You have experience working with Microsoft suite and Gsuite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Spreadsheets, etc.)

Experience in a growing startup or small company is a plus

Monthly gross salary per month from €1,100 to €1,400, according to our salary grid and according to the level of studies
