Details
As a Working Student in Sales & Business Operations, you’ll take ownership of various administrative, data, and process-related tasks that directly support our Sales team. From keeping our CRM clean and up to date, to supporting with customer deal documentation and preparing sales data — your work will help us scale and grow more efficiently.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team with operational and administrative tasks in the background
- Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure clean and reliable data
- Assist in the preparation of sales data and reports for customer meetings and internal reviews
- Help finalize customer deals by supporting contract-related and documentation processes
- Take ownership of recurring administrative tasks to keep processes running smoothly
- Work closely with the Business Operations team to identify and improve internal workflows

Your Experience
- You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field
- Excellent English and German communication skills, both written and spoken
- Highly self-organized, hands-on, and able to work independently
- Structured thinker with a high attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- First experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
