What are your responsibilities

  • You support and coordinate sales related topics within the Mark Management team.
  • You continuously support monitoring and analysing the sales performance of all European markets.
  • You consolidate market input and assist in the development of new initiatives and projects together with Market Managers and other internal departments.
  • You support the creation of presentations and preparation of board workshops, meetings and trainings.
  • You support the organization of the regular operative business steering committee.
  • You support the regular communication across other internal departments and within the sales team regarding Market Management updates.
  • You support the planning and execution of the annual sales conference of European markets, workshops and other events, incl. roadshows and launch events.
  • You coordinate central market research projects for trend topics as well as market developments and competitors in alignment with the sales team and other departments.

Description of Ideal Candidate

What you bring along

  • You are studying Business Administration, International Management, Business Engineering, Economics or a comparable course with a major in sales/marketing and you are in your late Bachelor or Master degree.
  • You are fluent in German and English, written and spoken. Another foreign language and an already gained international professional experience would be a plus.
  • You are confident in handling MS-Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Automotive and electric mobility affinity.
  • Your personal skills and working approach are the following: quick perception, team-oriented and communicative, creative, reliable, confident, structured, versatile, independent, organizational talent.
