Our Visiting Scholars Programme gives qualified scholars an opportunity to research topics related to development and/or global economic issues, and to participate in UNU-WIDER activities. Scholars typically spend a 2-3 months 'sabbatical' at UNU-WIDER

Scholarships are intended for excellent students from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland who want to complete a Master's programme at the University of Helsinki.

The Fulbright Finland Foundation works with the Lappeenranta–Lahti University of Technology (LUT University) to offer an award for graduate studies at the LUT University. “We are a university where curiosity meets courage.

Scholarship: Hanken Premium Scholarship: Covers the full tuition fee and 8000 EUR/year living expenses; Hanken Honours Scholarship: Covers the full tuition fee; Hanken Support Scholarship: Covers 50% of the tuition fee and a cost-of-living scholarship (2000 EUR) may also be granted to non-paying students.

Information regarding the scholarship programme of the University of Jyväskylä offers for its most successful international Master’s degree students. The scholarship covers the full tuition fee.

The University of Oulu International Scholarship Scheme provides scholarships to academically talented international students studying for a Master’s degree in the University of Oulu two-year International Master’s programmes or five -year Intercultural Teacher Education programme.
