Role and responsibilities
This time, the program offers multiple openings for the Central Fulfillment Management (CFM) coordinator role, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact in a focused area of our supply chain. Your actions support the seamless flow of materials that enable ASML’s technology to reach its full potential and drive innovation in the semiconductor industry. Here, you will:
- Ensure material availability for end customers by managing operational activities for a dedicated portfolio of parts or tools.
- Monitor and follow up on the movement of materials throughout the supply chain, including both deliveries to customers and returns or repairs.
- Coordinate with escalation channels and third-party logistics (3PL) to manage critical materials and resolve operational issues.
- Initiate and implement operational improvements within the department, dedicating approximately 10% of your time to continuous enhancement.
- Specialize in a specific field with no job rotations.
- Participate in an intensive 2-year training and development program to accelerate your personal growth. The program consists of approximately 10 training days a year to develop your soft skills.
- Receive guidance from a personal mentor from the company as well as a professional coach from an external company to define your personal learning goals and drive your personal development.

Education and experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering with a focus on supply chain management, or another closely related field.
- You have no more than six months of relevant working experience.
- You will be fully graduated before starting your position at ASML.
