AXA IM Prime is the private assets one-stop platform of AXA IM, offering investments across private equity, infrastructure equity, private debt and hedge funds.

AXA IM Prime’s team of seasoned investment professionals has a long history of meeting AXA group’s ambitious investment targets whilst incorporating proactive ESG commitments and strict risk management criteria. AXA IM Prime oversees EUR30bn** of alternative assets, with EUR5bn** of commitments p.a. to further be deployed over the next 3 years.
Main responsibilities
- Daily operational aspects of Fund of Funds Private equity business.
- Capital calls and distribution instructions for various funds.
- Review and monitor daily cash and position reconciliation.
- Receipt and archiving the payment/capital call/distrbution notices from the external parties and instruction the payment in fund administrator platforms.
- Maintain, store and archive the data of the different funds in eFront/IT systems.
- Supporting the operational team for various projects and data collection and analysis tasks across the different fund portfolios to be shared with internal and external stakeholder.
- Support on the financial account statements production, notably coordinating and compliying with all external audit requests.

Education/Qualifications:
- Currently undertaking a Master’s degree in a leading Business or Engineering school with a specialization in Finance
- Previous experience in Asset Management, Private Equity firm or Fund Administrator is an advantage
Technical skills:
- Understanding of Finance KPIs
- Capacity of leading projects
- Understanding of fund management/private equity business is an advantage
Competencies
- Fluent in English
- MS Office, particularly in Excel and Power point
- eFront knowledge is a plus
- Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
