YOUR TASKS:
As a member of the Corporate Finance team, you will participate in all aspects of the origination and execution of transactions:
- Research and analyze company and industry data
- Prepare lists of potential opportunities
- Perform financial modelling
- Draft client presentations and transaction materials
- Assist in the execution of deals

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS:
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Studying towards a master's degree at an international leading school or university, ideally in finance or economics;
- Fluent in English and French; any other language is a plus;
- Highly motivated, high degree of professionalism as well as strong drive and commitment;
- Dynamic and enthusiastic team player willing to work within a small, entrepreneurial team;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills are mandatory; capacity in financial modelling is a strong asset;
- Previous uses of CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, Factset or others financial tools are appreciated;
- Strong analytical and numerical skills;
- Previous internship in relevant connected fields (investment banking, audit, strategy consulting) is mandatory.
