Details
Your objectives on which you will develop:
- Create internal communications such as newsletter articles, div. campaigns, people appointments etc.
- Development of digital training learning paths in our Learning Management System
- Building an HR intranet site on our Microsoft Sharepoint Hub
- structure Compliance reporting and training follow ups
- Actively support in the implementation of an applicant management system (Oracle) incl. user training and creation of tutorials
- International cooperation in various HR projects

Your profile to be successful together:
- You are a Bachelor's or Master's student (m/f/d) of a field of study in business administration, business psychology or social sciences, preferably with a focus on HR.
- You have good analytical as well as communication skills and are not afraid of presentations
- You have an affinity for digital work and are proficient in common MS Office applications
- Ideally, you have initial experience in project work
- In addition to German, you speak English fluently
