Job Description 

  • Analyze business requirements and processes, evaluate possible scenarios and recommend best business and IT solutions
  • Build and parameterize functionalities to execute and implement business solutions in Avaloq
  • Analysis and management of customer issues, manage client interaction during testing phase, taking care of bug fixing and potential change requests
  • Supporting developers during implementation and testing our newly built functionality
  • Prepare reports and project documents concerning new client requirements, ongoing activities and project status
  • Work in an Agile environment, in a small team with a high degree of coordination and synchronization, helping to constantly improve our processes and introduce new technologies

Qualifications

  • Background in a technical study route
  • Fluent in German and English 
  • Client-orientation and strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
  • Structured and autonomous approach to work
  • Eager to learn and take on new challenges

It would be a real bonus if you have 

  • Prior Payments Experience
  • Finance Industry Exposure
  • Prior Programming Experience
  • University or FH degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics with an affinity and interest for banking/economics or an education in economics with experience and interest in software development or equivalent education/experience
