It's one of a kind 18-month managerial programme that's geared specifically for high-potential individuals.
Goal of it? To lay the foundation for your successful and internationally oriented leadership career in BAT.
As a Global Management Trainee, you’ll have the opportunity to rotate through various positions to fully understand the dynamics of our market. All of it in a diverse and multinational environment with accountability from day one through self-driven projects.
What’s waiting for you within 18 months?
- Onboarding - tailored induction trainings, meeting your dedicated mentor and buddy who’ll support you along the way in BAT.
4 rotations in possible areas:
- Field Sales Team (3 months) -you’ll relocate to another city, receive a car, step into the shoes of BAT Representative to deep into the core of our organization and develop your sales skills.
- Category (5 months) - includes brand management and marketing strategy development.
- Sales Management (5 months) -covering possible teams such as Key Account Management, Sales Strategy or Business Intelligence.
- Additional Marketing Area (5 months)-you’ll analyze data and market trends in Insights Team, execute campaigns in Campaign Team or build consumer loyalty, immerse yourself in e-commerce projects in Digital Marketing.
- Grad Academy - a two‑week international experience held at our Globe House in London, where graduates from around the world come together to train leadership skills and networking.
What’s next?
After successful completion of the programme you’ll become Junior Manager in the marketing & salesarea. Based on your performance, you may also receive an opportunity to go for an international rotation.
