Intern to the Chief Commercial Officer
The ideal candidate is a high-potential individual with a proactive, flexible, and autonomous mindset, ready to embrace challenges in a dynamic, international setting.
Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at an executive level are essential. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as the role involves collaboration across multiple countries and industries, offering a truly global experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and preparation of proposals and client pitches, including coordinating executive-level meetings and tracking deadlines;
- Assist in preparing project status updates and summary reports for key stakeholders;
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer on identifying new business opportunities and market insights;
- Help coordinate communications around proposals, meetings, and ongoing projects to ensure alignment with stakeholders;
- Contribute to the creation of project plans and presentation materials;
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing organizational and documentation support.
