Business Development Intern carries on an internship period in the Business Development Dept.

Details

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documentation and presentations necessary for the management of the entrusted activities;
  • Define with the manager and organise planned internal meetings, involving suppliers or other partners where necessary;
  • Support the achievement of objectives and the organisation of planned activities, through an effective exchange of information and timely analysis of the information gathered.

Activities:

  • Analysing, comparing and summarising information and data necessary for organising activities;
  • Organising meetings, online and on site, in which to carry out in-depth investigations, clarify open points, critical issues, receive necessary information or data;
  • Preparing documentation, sharing and archiving relevant documents, using the most appropriate company tools and proposing new ones.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Must have

  • University degree, business-oriented;
  • Ability to synthesise and structure complex ideas: transforming heterogeneous input from meetings and comparisons into clear, coherent and presentable concepts to support strategic business development
  • Aptitude for deep understanding: curiosity and determination not to stop at superficial information, but to seek the ‘why’ of things, asking targeted questions and devoting time to in-depth study
  • Solid analytical skills: ability to collect, interpret and connect heterogeneous data (quantitative and qualitative, internal and external) to support well-founded strategic decisions.
  • High level of familiarity in the use of Office Automation SW: Excel, Power Point, Word; Power B
  • Good communication skills, written and oral;
  • Good organisational skills, in order to ensure a methodologically correct approach to one's own work;
  • Knowledge of the English language at level B2 or higher.

Nice to have

  •  Curiosity for industrial realities and market dynamics in B2B markets
  • Work experience in marketing and/or management control and/or business strategy;
  • University Master's degree in economics, business, marketing, strategy.
