What will you take care of?

  • You will actively enhance the company growth acting supporting management for technical sales in MA-WS division.
  • You will actively enhance the company growth acquiring and managing new business and projects.
  • You will support definition of pricing strategies together with Commercial Manager.
  • You will support the main interface for both customer and Bosch Corporate for supplying and commercial themes.
  • You will support the full sales process (RFQ, orders, offers, price analysis, business planning).
  • You will support KPI and Sales tracking by dedicated tooling (Salesforce and Power Bi).

Description of Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Technical or Management Engineering, Degree in a scientific field (Computer Science, Physics, etc.).
  • Experience and Know How: Interest in project management, automotive sales, AI and data analysis and management, strong analytical skills, Software skills are a plus.
  • Technical knowledge:  Data analysis and management. Office package with focus on word, PowerPoint and excel, AI tools.
  • Personality: Goal-orientation and self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset, good will to deeply understand commercial skills, strong communication and team working skills, proactivity, self-organized and independent.
  • Language skills: Fluent English.
  • Interests: Desire to take challenges and to contribute to the path of a growing company.

Cost/funding for participants

Duration: 6-month full-time internship, available as either a curricular or extracurricular internship.

Internships include reimbursement for expenses at Bosch Italia. Depending on the level of education, the reimbursement is €700–900 gross per month.
