About the DWS P.A.C.E. Graduate Program
Our 2-year P.A.C.E. Graduate Program begins with an intensive onsite onboarding program with all global P.A.C.E. participants in Frankfurt, Germany. You will then join your assigned division and complete four six-month rotations there. Throughout the program you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance and to grow your network within DWS.
As a P.A.C.E. participant you will:

About the Team
Our worldwide Communications team is the interface for external and internal communication with all relevant stakeholder groups. We deal with media relations, social media, political and regulatory communications, corporate social responsibility, internal communications, multi-channel content, and brand management. You will be working in a sub-division with 50 staff members around the globe. Our remit includes support for the strategy, key growth areas and financial goals for DWS, strengthening the ‘human face’ of DWS and constantly renewing our brand strategy and narrative. We undertake constantly active and reactive media relations, contribute to social media, owned web content, and DWS intranet, as well as public and regulatory affairs work.
As our DWS Graduate in our team, you will:
- Help develop and execute our media relation activities on core corporate topics.
- Establish yourself in your team as an internal business partner to internal partners, e.g. Portfolio Managers, Sustainability Experts, Product Managers, Legal Advisors
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders like journalists/influencers on relevant communication pieces
- Help organize press events and local meetings
- Prepare first drafts of articles, press releases, emails, letters and briefings
- Define several modules within the global Communications, Brand & CSR team to grow in the disciplines of Communications. This includes supporting the Social Media team, learning skills in content production and writing, getting insights in internal communications, working with the sensibility of political communications etc.
- Learn how to monitor and analyze media sources, conduct research, and support outreach with public stakeholders

Eligibility
- Must have fluent (C2) level German and advanced English language skills
- Must have graduated or be on track to graduate from a bachelor's or master's degrees in 2025 or 2026.
- Must have less than 12 months of full-time relevant work experience (excluding internships).
