WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The 24 months Leadership Talent Track offers you the following aspects:
- Onboarding within predefined home area
- Innovative project assignments at various locations in Germany and abroad
- Build up an intercultural and social network

- Gain insights into everyday work in our production facilities and get to know our customers
- Participation in a virtual management qualification to take on a future management function
During your traineeship you will go through various departments. Based on your individual expertise, your home area could be in one of the following departments:
Daimler Truck (Leinfelden-Echterdingen): The Mercedes-Benz Trucks Strategy department develops and executes the business strategy for Mercedes-Benz Trucks and BharatBenz. We drive the strategy process by integrating stakeholders across the organization in close alignment with the top management. We evaluate external market developments, define and monitor strategic measures and develop internal strategy communication.

- Bachelor/Master of business administration/business management or comparable field
- First leadership experiences & first experiences in managing projects
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Interest in growing into a leadership position in the future
- Willigness to travel abroad, high level of flexibility and the ability to adapt to new circumstances at short notice
- Excellent communication skills & self-structured
- A start-up mentality, that means you are enthusiastic, motivated and pragmatic
