The Client Service Office is a client facing, front-to-back, and first line of defense organisation.

Context
The Client Service Officers work in tandem with the Private Bankers and ensure optimal operational service to the client - from the prospecting phase to day-to-day banking operations and final account closure.
In consultation with the head of CSO and CSO Coordinators, you give support in the various tracks of the ongoing project and the related documentation (processes, procedures, data analysis and working instructions within the CSO community)
Your position
Your mission is:
- Support process documentation and interaction with the other business lines OPS, CRO, ... and commercial teams
- Ensuring the harmonisation of these procedures and supporting CSOs in the implementation of new working methods; ensuring that processes are properly defined and applied
- Perform data analysis via excel or PowerBI and support creation of adequate dashboarding
- Helping to set up training programs as part of CSO implementation and further development
- Supporting changes in processes and projects that transform the Private Banking business and improve client service and operational quality
- Promote digital adoption

Your profile
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Administration or any related field.
- You have a proactive and pragmatic mindset.
- You have strong analytical skills.
- You are able to communicate effectively (top down and bottom up).
- You are a native Dutch or French speaker with excellent understanding of English.
