Overview

The HR Operations’ trainee takes part to the missions of the Operations teams, and assists them in their daily tasks and monitoring. We are ideally looking for a sandwich course (Alternance) intern for a year. Please indicate your internship period in a cover letter or in the comment section.

Your next challenge

  • Assist the team in the organization of the Welcome Days each fortnight
  • Manage the administrative formalities for trainees joining the firm
  • Maintain the HR systems up-to-date on a daily basis
  • Take part to ad-hoc processes, monitoring and/or projects of the Operations teams

Your skills

  • Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources, International Business or other relevant subject from an accredited university/college.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment 
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills 
  • Be able to solve problems
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Show a high level of integrity in handling confidential data
  • Be a true team player
  • Good command in French and English
