What you will do:
As an intern, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing programs that empower colleagues at the start of their career. This include supporting the onboarding of 50+ colleagues who are part of our flagship trainee program. In addition, you will drive the agenda for our global GenNext community aimed towards 15 000+ colleagues in Ericsson by designing events, career talks and networking!
You may also be involved in other Talent and Development project, along with collaborating with colleagues in our local units and markets to gain a better understanding of their needs.

The skills you bring:
As part of this internship, we expect you to study at least 50% with the ambition to graduate within the next 2-3 years. You have a passion for learning and a strong interest in developing and growing others. We expect you to bring fresh perspectives and creative thinking to enable us to shape impactful initiatives and projects for our business and people.
In addition, you are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a paid internship, starting in August/september, based at our HQ in Kista, Sweden. We offer flexible hours to balance your studies but encourage you to be in office 60% of your working time to grow your network and gain exposure to our business. We look forward to meeting you!
