About the role
As an intern in the People and Culture department, you'll play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives. Your tasks may include:
- Employee Engagement: Assisting in organizing events and activities to boost morale and foster a positive work environment.
- HR Administration: Managing employee records, updating databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Training and Development: Coordinating training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Culture Building: Promoting company values and culture through various initiatives and communication strategies.
