Specific Post Environment:
The KYC Tax & ESG Division is part of the Central Front Office Services Department within EIF’s Investment Office. KYC unit operates within the First Line of Defense and is responsible for executing customer due diligence (CDD) processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring that client data is accurately captured, maintained, and stored in line with applicable procedures and supporting the business in managing financial crime, sanctions and reputational risks.
Overall objective:
Your overall objective will be to:
- Assist in the collection of additional counterparty data, client reach out, and data clean-up exercise in preparation of the migration from the existing system eFront data warehouse to the new EIBG Counterparty Onboarding System OMEGA.
- Assist with the KYC onboarding via OMEGA for input of client data and upload of KYC documents.
Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Senior of the team, you shall:
- Input KYC-related data into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy and upload client documentation in an organized manner in accordance with KYC Unit internal procedures.
- Support the review of client files in the private equity and guarantee/securitisation activities for completeness and escalate missing and/or outdated information.
- Assist in the cleanup of KYC legacy data to prepare for migration to the new client lifecycle management system.
Expected outcome:
- Accurate and timely entry of KYC data into core systems (eFront, OMEGA) and proper classification and storage of client documentation.
- Improved data quality through structured cleanup efforts.
- Enhanced understanding of KYC processes within the 1st LoD framework.

Qualifications:
- University degree (or on-going studies) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, law or similar discipline
- Relevant coursework in AML-CFT and/or Sanctions area, compliance would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft application tools (especially Excel and Word)
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English. Good command of another EU language would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with document management systems and integrity screening systems would be an advantage (e.g. World Check, FACTIVA).

- Good communication skills – both written and oral.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
