This Customer Service Internship offers you the chance to dive into Supply Chain Operations and Order Management, working closely with different stakeholders across the business. Additionally, exposure to tools like SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel will help you build valuable analytical and technical skills. From day one, you will be involved in real processes that directly impact the Customer Experience and overall service quality.

About You:

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, and are eager to start your career through a Business Administration Internship in a leading FMCG company.
  • Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English will help you succeed in a collaborative and international environment.
  • Additionally, a high level of organization, resilience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure will set you apart. You enjoy solving problems and take ownership of your responsibilities while continuously looking for ways to improve processes.
  • Familiarity with Excel is essential, and knowledge of SAP or Power BI will be highly valued.
  • Most importantly, you bring curiosity, motivation, and a genuine interest in Supply Chain and Customer Service excellence.
