Overview

For our Ferrero Group HQ in Luxembourg, we are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Finance department to support the Area Europe Industrial & Supply Chain Controlling team for a 6-month internship starting from September 2026.

Details

In this role, you will contribute to key financial activities, including monthly closing analysis, scenario planning, and consistency checks. You will also consolidate, and review Risks & Opportunities reports prepared by local plants.

Thanks to your analytical approach, you will monitor costs related to obsolescence and destruction of raw materials, packaging, and semi-finished goods. You will support Category Controllers by providing financial input on CAPEX investments and participate in the preparation of reporting and ad hoc analysis. You will also be involved in coordinating and gathering documentation from various countries in accordance with Group Governance requirements.

You will assist in cost simulations for new products and SKUs and take part in innovation project support. In addition, you will monitor production developments in your area based on Sales & Operations Planning data.

About you

  • You will bring your Degree in Finance or Business demonstrating a strong educational background in relevant fields.
  • You have strong interpersonal, team-working, and leadership skills. You demonstrate the ability to deliver while respecting deadlines. With proactive communication abilities, you will effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within the team and across departments.
  • You have a problem-solving approach and able to work with numbers confidently. 
  • You possess a high level of financial, accounting, and controlling knowledge, as well as a solid understanding of commercial economics. 
  • You are confident using technical tools in your daily work. You have an advanced level in Excel, including the use of formulas, Pivot Tables, and data visualization. 
  • To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of February 2027.
