About the Role:

This is your chance to join us with a 3-Year Structured Graduate Program designed to develop talents across one or more European countries, for those seeking an international career in Operations.

You will find exciting Roles and Projects within our Operations organization, guided by experienced Ferrero leaders who will support your growth, combined with a transparent Career Path with defined roles and locations throughout the program, and a post-program position in your Country of Origin (subject to change due to business needs).

PROGRAM ASSIGNMENTS 

As part of our Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to gain international and cross-functional experience through two structured assignments:

  1. First Assignment (1 year): You will take on the role of Lean and Continuous Improvement Specialist  within the Industrial function in Alba, Italy
  2. Second Assignment (2 years): You will then assume the role of Autonomous Maintenance Specialist within the Industrial function in Alba, Italy

This program is designed to accelerate your development, broaden your expertise, and prepare you for future challenging roles within Operations.

Main Responsibilities:

1st Assignment: Lean and Continuous Improvement Specialist

By covering this role, you will contribute promoting a “Continuous Improvement” culture by working closely with the Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Quality Managers through the roll-out plan of tools implementation of the Ferrero Continuous Improvement Program. You will support your team toward a Lean-approach to all working processes, extending the use of standards and Problem-solving tools.

One of your tasks will be to support your Manager in developing, maintaining, and updating the strategic Group programs/Projects plan.

You will support your professional area in improving company standards and procedures, sharing good practices, and promoting plant integration.

About You:

  • You will bring your Master’s degree (MSc, 5 years of studies) in Engineering or a related field connected to organization production, process engineering, with an excellent academic record.
  • As a great communicator, fluency in English and a willingness to learn the local language will be essential to cover this position, combined with your proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Your great passion and interest in the food industry, curiosity, openness and intercultural competence, together with your committed, logical and process-oriented approach to work, complete your profile.
