About your role
We support our clients in every aspect of their investment decisions with respect to tactical and strategic portfolio allocations across all assets classes including equities, fixed income, money market, private equity, private credit and real estate. As part of our academy, you’ll learn and grow every day – gaining the skills and knowledge you need to:
Investment Analyses
Take initiative in analysing various internal investment strategies across a variety of asset classes. You will get the chance to work with industry relevant tools such as Morningstar to further benchmark internal strategies with competitor funds (e.g., producing performance reports and market/fund newsletters, contributing to market analysis and supporting the creation of presentations and data evaluations).
Sales Pitches
Be a part of the front-office team and support colleagues in creating client pitches, preparing fund presentations and data as well as conducting independent research by liasing with international teams across Fidelity (e.g., adapting sales materials to push relevant expertise).
Data Analysis
Work in a data-driven world and help us to navigate it: Ranging from fund to client data, you will be entrusted to maintain, optimize and analyse the underlying information to optimize efficiencies and digitize processes (e.g., working on various client tools making sure all client information is appropriately recorded, collaborating with various teams abroad to provide transparent tracking of clients’ assets, inflows and outflows).
Marketing
Function as a link between the marketing department and support in organising offline, as well as online events, such as web seminars, mailing campaigns or roadshows for investment professionals.
