About the role
Our Graduate Analyst programme runs for two years and is designed for those with a Master’s degree in Economics. You’ll work on projects across sectors, supported by training, mentoring and rotation opportunities.
Analyst positions will typically start in September/October 2026.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver rigorous analysis for clients with consultant support
- Contribute to reports, slides and meetings
- Apply economic frameworks from data analysis to econometrics
- Develop skills in Excel, R and Stata
- Collaborate on projects and manage your workload
- Contribute to internal firm initiatives

About you
- Predicted or achieved 2:1 or above in an Economics-focused degree (or equivalent: Germany 2.0 or better, Netherlands 7.0+, France 14+, Spain 7.0+) plus a Master’s with a strong economic focus
- Strong interest in micro-economics
- Excel proficiency and familiarity with R or Stata
- Good communication skills and growth mindset
- Collaborative and able to meet deadlines
- Fluent in the language of the office you are applying to (except Brussels, where English is sufficient)
The academic and language requirements are essential. For the other skills and experiences, if they do not fully apply to you but you bring a growth mindset and willingness to develop, we still encourage you to apply.
