We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Intern to support global projects that enhance our sales processes, tools, and performance tracking. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic international team, driving efficiency and growth across multiple markets.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales Data & Performance Tracking

  • Support management of sales dashboards and reporting of KPIs
  • Assist in pipeline management, ensuring data hygiene and alignment with sales targets
  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and insights
  • Analyze conversion rates, sales cycle length, and pipeline health

Sales Training & Enablement

  • Help develop training materials and onboarding processes for new sales team members
  • Share industry best practices to improve performance

Lead Generation & Contact Management

  • Source new leads and manage contact databases
  • Ensure quality lead qualification
  • Align outbound efforts with marketing strategies

Tools & Platform Management (HubSpot, Aircall)

  • Support and maintain the sales tech stack
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and pipeline visibility
  • Troubleshoot tools and assist in user adoption

Sales Process Optimization

  • Help define and document sales SOPs
  • Identify and implement best practices for efficiency and growth
  • Contribute to the creation of a Sales Operations “Center of Excellence”

HubSpot & Aircall Support

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and local teams to improve tool usage
  • Help set up offices and numbers in Aircall
  • Act as a go-to person for tool-related support

Special Projects

  • Drive initiatives to reactivate growth for 2025
  • Align performance updates with company strategy
  • Support innovation, alignment, and efficiency across sales functions

  • Team player with a knack for relationship-building
  • Creative, curious, and always looking for smarter ways to work
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and other sales tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English (Portuguese or Spanish is a bonus)
