To support the Kia Europe Account Team by the developing and execution of all campaigns & project from the initiation to the implementation. we are looking for you as
Junior Account Manager (m/f/d)
Your Task:
- Support in the development of Communication Campaigns as well Campaign Management of small projects in the areas of Traditional Media as well as Digital and Social.
- End-to-end campaign management from briefing to delivery of the assigned campaigns or singular deliverables.
- Support the Account Team in all marketing initiatives related to the Kia account (campaigns, strategies, website maintenance, microsites and more) while collaborate with internal strategy department and external suppliers, as well as digital production team.
- Project management support of Account Manager and Director on assigned projects (administration, finance process operation and team support).
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: project plan, brief, status reports, risk assessment plans, change requests and reporting
- Support Account Managers and Analyst in Campaign/Social Media/Media Best Practices and Social Best Practices Collection and Sharing
- Campaign assets buyout management for the Kia Europe campaign assets such as: Managing buyout related inquiries to markets, getting overview updates, informing the clients about the buyout expirations, etc.
- Management of Asset Platform on behalf of the client : General responsibility of taking care of questions and ad-hoc supports from the client about the asset management.

- University degree or equivalent in marketing & communication
- First experiences in advertising & communication with top tier agencies
- A passion for creativity and the automotive industry
- Project management and handling & executional skills
- Fast learner, who loves intensity and provides true hands-on support to all project managers
- Fluent in written and spoken English
